With an extensive history in design thinking, having worked as a coach and lecturer at the Stanford d.school, Lena utilizes her expertise in facilitation and design research to better systems in both the private and public sectors.
Adam Selzer is the Chief Operating Officer at Civilla, a social impact design school and consultancy in Detroit, MI. After having worked for organizations that pioneered design thinking, including IDEO and Stanford d.school, Adam has garnered expertise in multiple areas in human-centered design, including UX design, design research and innovation strategy.
